3/20/14 - *crickets*

Haven't posted in a while, which means status quo is maintained.  Eating still sucks.  Days are still like a box of chocolates - some days there is no pain, some days their is, and it's never the same teeth twice in a row.  Still cannot bite down on a kazoo, which breaks my little kazoo-loving heart.  Tomorrow I have one more month until my dreaded First Adjustment.  Who knows what that will entail.  I'm pretty sure I'll be wearing the rubber band thingies before it's all said and done.  I'd post a picture, but I just ate some cranberries and no one wants to see that, LOL =)

3/11/14 - Updated photo

So, I was out running, and I had my phone in front of me, and I FINALLY remembered to take an updated photo.  I guess I can see a little progress, mostly in my front two teeth.  Snaggletooth still hasn't turned though.  I suspect I'll eventually need to use the dreaded bands.  Anyhoo, here it is, please forgive the redness and the sweat =D

3/6/14 - Mmm, chocolate

Okay, so, I know I promised a 2 wk photo last night (mostly to myself, since I was keeping this blog as a memento so I can look back on my progress as well as my mission to put my story out in the world), but I couldn't.  I was eating chocolate, and it was messy.  I still can't quite bite into chocolate, but I can break it up into small pieces and suck on it til everything turns brown.  So I didn't take a picture because I didn't want to make the mistaken impression that Braces Will Turn Your Teeth Brown.  It's simply not true.  Chocolate might, though. =)

Also, since I've discovered what wonderful snacks hardboiled eggs make for me, I purchased an egg dying kit last night to make them more fun for next week.  Yee!

3/5/14 - Randomizer, push go...

Some days I have no pain at all.  Some days I have weird random pain, and on those days, it's never the same tooth twice.  Day before yesterday it was in the back.  Yesterday nothing at all.  Today it's in the front.
I was going to take a Two Weeks picture last night, but got busy - PROMISE I'll do it tonight.

3/3/14 - Mystery pain...

And after nearly a solid week of non-pain... a weird mystery pain has come back.  WHYYYYYY..... I just replaced all the soft food in my kitchen!!!!  *sniff*

Annnnnd I just ran my tongue up there and OMGTHERE'SAGAPBETWEENMYTEETHWHEREITHURTS EEEEEEE!!!  My teeth moved and IT'S SO WEIRD MAKEITSTOP EXCEPTTHEY'RESUPPOSEDTO!!!!!!!  EEEEEEE!!!!
